All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lighthouse or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content to our platform (such as resumes or job postings), you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide our platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings or employer information
• We do not guarantee employment or job placement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services, if any

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lighthouse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, India.
